The Cinquecento in Zagreb

Fiat 500 in Zagreb Croatia

Both Ferbent and I absolutely loved Zagreb! We even considered moving there and looked at a couple of apartments but as much as I could see myself living in the Croatian capital I’m still leaning towards moving to another city.

The above photo of our little Fiat 500 was taken at Kaptol on the hill in Zagreb and the one below was in front of one of the city’s many parks.

  1. I haven’t been to Zagreb yet. What other city do you want to live in? Berlin?

    • Yep, definitely Berlin. The only thing holding me back is the weather. I don’t do well in the cold! But I think we’ll give it a go. We’re just trying to decide whether we move to Berlin now or wait till we get back from Australia next year (we’re going for 3-4 months for the summer). I’m about 90% sure we’ll be leaving Paris though.

  2. Pretty Zagreb – and love the Cinquecento, Sadly, the backseat is a bit on the small side for an 11-year-old…

    • I drove around Costa Brava with 3 other travel bloggers earlier this year and they all managed to squash in. I’m not sure how comfortable they were though!

  3. Really? Roomier back there than it looks, perhaps? I think I’ll persuade the little one to go for a test drive in one. I really like these cars.

    • The boot is tiny so it’s not much good if you have luggage but I think it’d be fine for going around the city or for short trips.

  4. Love the new themed site, Andrea! And I’m looking forward to further adventures of the Cinquecento! What is her name, by the way?
