  1. Every one of them a masterpiece my friend! Brilliant round up!! Merry Christmas to you!!!

  2. These are amazing photographs! I know just how amazing because I’m now the proud owner of an iPhone 5 and I’ve been snapping away trying to learn my way around the thing – and nothing I’ve done even begins to look like any of these. Brilliant!

    • I don’t have the iPhone 5 yet but I hope to upgrade next year. I can recommend using the Camera+ app to take and edit photos, it helps a lot!

  3. Really pretty photos Andrea! And always love seeing Berlin in there. 🙂

  4. What a great year you have had Andrea and what fabulous photos. It’s amazing what the iphone can do in the hands of an obvious expert!

  5. Not sure which one is the best, since most of them are so beautiful, but for sure the one from Mostar is moving. It evokes terrible images of war seen on TV in the 1990s.
Where was the one from Switzerland taken exactly?

    • The photo of Switzerland was taken on the train somewhere between Milan and Bern. Unfortunately I don’t know exactly where! I would like to know myself as I’d love to go back and visit.

  6. Wow!
Thanks for the inspiriation. Traveling again soon and have been toying with the idea of travelling with a DSLR. Apparently there’s no need.

Off to read about your journey.

  7. I love seeing how your iPhone photos turn out. I got an iPhone4s in November and used it a lot during my trip to Italy (so nice to just stuff it in your pocket and pull it out for quick shots), but I haven’t practiced with editing them enough.

    • Yeah, I agree the iPhone is so convenient and portable which is obviously great for travel. I still lug around my DSLR most of the time though too but I don’t know how much longer my back can take that!

  8. WOW! I need an iPhone and to visit some of these fabulous places. Your great photos especially have me craving Croatia — can’t wait to get there someday.

  9. What a talented eye you have, Andrea! I remember your iphone Paris series and hope that one day you make an iphone photo book.
Will download the Camera+ I used to take what I thought were magnificent shots with some iphone 3somethingorother. But those brilliant crisp shots went capput when I upgraded to the iphone4. Sad sad sad.

  10. All of these are such gorgeous iPhone photos!

  11. The perfect example of the saying “the best camera is the one you have on you at the time”.
